Contest #2 on Limited Edition Vinyl is brought to us by Goodcore Records. Goodcore started in 2005 on the basis that music is art and should be treated as such and that DIY is the only way. These are definitely values that we want to see in our labels. Up for grabs is Goodcore’s first ever vinyl release, “The End of The Ring Wars” by the Appleseed cast, which is a double LP pressed on translucent orange wax. The Appleseed cast hails from Lawrence, Kansas and originally released “End Of The Ring Wars” in 1998. This pressing on Goodcore represents the first time that the album is available on vinyl. The record is available to purchase from Goodcore for only $11.99. That’s cheap so if you don’t win it you can buy it with no regrets.  They also offer digital downloads of their albums so you can check out the other bands on the roster.

The contest starts right now, entries must be received by 4PM on Wednesday August 13th.
