The Muslims will appeal to fans of Gang of Four, the Strokes and Franz Ferdinand. They play a very catchy, upbeat style of good old rock n roll. Every once in awhile I hear a band that I just know I will love as soon as I hear it, these guys are one of those bands. This 7 song 12″ comes in silk screened sleeves that were shot with a .22. The inserts were also hand typed by the band. I am not sure how many of these were pressed but due to the care and attention that seems to have ben given to each one I do not suspect a large number of these to be around. This is the second release for 1928 Recordings, and they have also included a CD version of the album to rock out in the car that contains 3 additional tracks.
