Japanter has a new LP available from Wantage titled Tut Tut, Shake Ya Butt. This release was recorded in late 2007 and if I understand this correctly have teamed up with Crass co-founder Penny Rimbaud to release a series of punk songs and poetry. The band is currently on tour and have copies of this LP pressed on a nice dark blue vinyl. The street date for the LP is not until Oct 28th but if the band is not coming to a town near you act fast and go to the Wantage store. The first 50 people to put an order in will get a copy on the blue vinyl. The $14 record also comes with a digital download which is always nice.

Wow, this was way off my radar. Thanks for the mention…but poetry…oh well I love these guys and I wish someone could capture their live sound, they are one of the best/oldest brooklyn bands.
