This single was released last year in the UK by Rough Trade records and happens to be what I consider one of my favorite Belle & Sebastian songs, The Blues Are Still Blue. This UK only single is pressed on vivid sky blue vinyl and the quantity pressed is unknown to me. On this single are 2 tracks, The Blues Are Still Blue which is taken from The Life Pursuit and a cover of the Thin Lizzy song titled Whiskey In A Jar. Belle & Sebastian fans from outside the UK can finally order this single via Insound for $8.99 right here. No word on any new material from these guys yet so while we wait pick this up and enjoy the cover on the B-side and an awesome track all on its own wax.
