Jay Reatards latest offering, Night of Broken Glass, is a limited edition 12″ EP that is being released by Chicago’s In The Red Recordings. This 45rpm EP contains 4 new balls to the wall rock n roll tracks and is pressed in black wax. Only 700 of them are being pressed and the label has stated this release will never be re-pressed. I spoke with Jay for a quick second at the final stop of his dates with The Ponys after the 12″ was absent from the merch table and he confirmed that he had sold out of all of them they had. The only other place you can get this release is directly from In The Red here. It’ll cost you only $9 with shipping, same as the merch table…can’t complain about that.
