Important Records has copies of the Acid Mothers Temple/Je Suis France split 12″. They claim “Monster tracks from each group”. This release is limited to 350 copies and pressed on color vinyl. When I contacted them to purchase this release they claimed they were out of stock and only had a special special edition limited to 100 copies for $20. This edition is sealed in some industrial silver packaging and has some real nice artwork pasted on to each side. I am not sure if this was true as they are still selling the other edition on eBay. They may have just lied to sell me a more expensive release. Regardless its a very nice release and I have yet to cut it open to listen to the record. You can find this release on the Important Records website here.

I didn’t get the version you received, just the standard one as shown on the ebay auctions, but this Acid Mothers Temple track is one of the best I’ve heard from them. Not 100% convinced by the Je Suis France track, but it’s alright.
The colour of the record I received was a bit boring, not really the smudges shown on other pictures, it was more of a purple/grey colour with not much going on.
Good record though, would definitely recommend taking a listen - if you can cope with cracking open that packaging.
